About Excel to PDF

Spreadsheets often spill across many pages when printed. This tool lets you export all sheets or only the active one, fit each sheet to the page width or onto a single page, and set orientation and paper size before conversion. Only the page settings are changed; your data, charts, and formatting are left as they are. Conversion runs on our server with LibreOffice: the file is uploaded over HTTPS, processed in an isolated temporary folder, and deleted after download or within about 15 minutes. Macro-enabled workbooks are not accepted.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between “fit width” and “fit page”?

Fit width keeps all columns on one page and lets rows continue on following pages. Fit page shrinks the whole sheet onto a single page.

Can I export only one sheet?

Yes. Choose “active sheet only” to export the sheet that was selected when the file was last saved.

Are formulas recalculated?

The PDF shows the values stored in the file. Results that depend on external links or macros may not be refreshed.

Are XLS or CSV files supported?

This tool accepts XLSX. Save older XLS files as XLSX first.
