Tools that run in your browser

Merging, splitting, organising, editing, signing and watermarking PDFs, converting PDFs to images or text, compressing, resizing, cropping and converting images, removing photo metadata, and all encryption, decryption, HMAC, hash, password, QR code, Base64 and JSON tools run entirely in your web browser. Files, passwords, keys and text you use with these tools are not sent to our servers. Number to Words and the Hijri–Gregorian date converter also run entirely in your browser.

Pages for encryption tools load no advertising, analytics or other third-party scripts.

Tools that use our server

Compress PDF, Word/Excel/PowerPoint to PDF, PDF to Word, HTML to PDF, Text to PDF, Protect/Unlock PDF, OCR PDF, Image to Text, Remove Background, Image Upscaler, Video to GIF and Audio Converter upload your file over an encrypted connection to our server. HEIC to JPG only uses the server if your browser cannot convert the image and you explicitly agree; Passport Photo only uses it for automatic background removal, after you agree. The AI Humanizer and AI Paraphraser send your text to a language model on our own server (never to a third-party AI provider), where it is held in memory only while the result is written and is not saved or logged. Extract Audio from Video, Compress Video, Cut Video, Cut Audio, Repair Video, Repair PDF and Repair Audio also upload your file to our server. Add Captions to Video, Text to Speech, Translate Document and Document Summarizer process your file or text with models running on our own server (speech recognition, speech synthesis and the language model); nothing is sent to a third-party AI service and nothing is kept after the job.

Each upload is processed in an isolated temporary folder with a random identifier. Input files are deleted when processing ends. The result is deleted after you download it, or automatically when the job expires (about 15 minutes). Files are not shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

If a download is interrupted, the file remains until the job expires and is then removed by an automatic cleanup process. Infrastructure-level copies (for example, storage-level remnants on the hosting provider's disks) are outside the application's direct control.

Information we do not collect

There are no user accounts. We do not keep a history of your files. Server logs record operational data only (such as timestamps, error codes and processing durations) and never the contents or names of your files.

Technical data

Like any website, our servers receive your IP address with each request. It is used to deliver the service and to prevent abuse (rate limiting).

Your theme and language preferences may be saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.

Advertising

The site may in the future show advertising provided by Google AdSense on non-sensitive pages. If enabled, advertising would only load after you give consent where required by law, and never on encryption tool pages. This policy will be updated before advertising is enabled.
