About Merge PDF
Merging is useful when a report, a set of scanned receipts, or several chapters arrive as separate files and you need one document to send or archive. The files are read and combined by your own browser, so they are never uploaded to a server. Every page keeps its original size and orientation, and pages appear in the order you set. Password-protected PDFs cannot be merged until the protection is removed. Very large documents depend on your device's available memory.
Frequently asked questions
Are my PDF files uploaded anywhere?
No. The merge is done by your browser on your device. The files are not sent to our server.
Will pages of different sizes stay as they are?
Yes. Each page is copied unchanged, so A4, Letter, and landscape pages keep their original dimensions.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Not currently. Encrypted PDFs are reported as unsupported. Remove the password in a PDF reader you trust, then merge.
Is there a limit on the number of files?
There is no fixed count. The practical limit is your device's memory, so very large batches may be slow on phones.
